Reusable spo2 sensors are carreid 12 months warranty to repair for free due to the quality problems since ex-factory,, ECG cable and leadwires,Spo2 adapter cable,are carried 6 months for free( excluding disposable spo2 sensor), but not including the misuse,negligence or accidents causing from the buyer.
3.Exchanging or returning the orders will only be accepted upon pre-anthorization .
4.20% re-stock fee may be charged while returning the orders .
5.This information has been carried out since 2009/1/1, we wouldn’t further inform when revised and upgraded.
